Check the FR Virginia Page for other news article links. It was good to hear respected Congressman Frank Wolf on WMAL radio this morning making an impassioned plea for Earley. Wolf touted Earley's experience as attorney general and his refusal to raise taxes as important factors in voting for Earley.

Good morning. Turnout was about 45% in my precinct I worked here in Springfield. 473 votes out of 1055 registered. Earley won 239 - 232. Unfortunately it's a brand new precinct so I had nothing to judge that against. After dropping off the results, I swung by my voting precinct (redistricted-was previously very even). Earley got killed, much to my surprise. I figured he'd be close in that precinct, though I had no idea how the redistricting would come into play.

We gave it a good run, and once again the Post was shown to be a bunch of idiots. No 10-13 point Warner blowout, not that I ever for one second believed that would occur. You'd think the folks on FR would learn, but...

The WJLA poll proved to be very accurate.
