I saw a bit of Fox News Channels,late Thursday and they showed something that was awsome! It was,I think, a "Fire bomb"? Did anybody see Fox last Thursday? It was a monster.It doesn't explode right away.It goes down about 50 feet and then explodes.It looked like the opening to hell!

Actually, there is a way, in theory, to produce a neutron bomb like device without a fission trigger. This device...

...uses an implosion to create the necessary pressure. That pressure could be enough to start a tritium reaction in the core. A reasonably sized device could yield ~.9 kt. It is, in effect, a "clean" nuke.

There are many operable airliners mothballed in the southwestern states. Surely we could install some extra fuel tanks inside the planes, equip them with remote controls and fly them right into cave openings. A video camera and transmitter mounted in the nose would provide amazing footage.
