I believe, if not mistaken, that smallpox can only be spread when the diesease is in it's zenith. The guy in the suit he talks about would look sick and be spewing and falling down by the time it was spreadable. Whoever wrote this forgot that or doesn't know enough about it to rant. It would, however, have the desired effect on our sheeple population. It may also give the green lite to even the most sickening liberal puke to put them out of our misery.(aka, nukem)
