This was supposedly taken in the Delta Raid. That was 10/19. It would have been prepared prior to that. It contains info that is of more recent vintage, the remark about missing Russian nukes, the facts about differing potency of the anthrax.

What does anyone know about this source? Is it likely that they would receive a bonanza such as this from U.S. intel who would be the ones in possession of the original document? If this was possessing the slightest substance then I'd be very worried to be in Iraq as bin Laden makes no bones about the source of his smorgasbord of plagues.

There's enough to worry about, including the possibility of smallpox, without getting bent out of shape over this doomsday scenario.
