The History Channel UK ran a documentary series about Terrorism last night, including a bio of bin Laden, and also information about biological warfare. There was an American inspector on, who had been in charge of an organisation that was scrutinising the shipment of "dual use" technology (i.e., technology that could be used either for good or bad purposes). He said they had just stopped Iraq getting some bio-lab technology when they found that Iraqi agents had paid the lab mentioned in this article $40 and got an anthrax sample.
Iraq is likely guilty.
