Trying to download the flash file, but it has been "loading" for twenty minutes with no end in sight! Will it eventually finish, or does this mean that something is not working correctly?

There are several mirror sites that you can use to downlad besides the one above. The server has been overlaoded with traffic and downloads from there are bound to be slow.

I put a link to one of the mirrors on steve Malzberg's site http://www.malzbergtalk.com

Additionally you can also see the flash at a German mirror site which has substantially less traffic at http://www.dorfchemnitz.de
