TRENTON, New Jersey (CNN) -- FBI agents, many wearing oversized hazardous materials suits, raided an apartment here Friday, bringing out bags of seized materials and taking one man in for questioning.

FBI agents and local police arrived at the first-floor apartment about 9 a.m. ET, according to neighbors.

I was fixing to pose the same question when I seen your post. Doesn't seem very smart to me. What's with these guys. If they had waited a few hours they might have caught them all. It's the same old FBI.

This was reported yesterday and my comment was about the FBI's handling of this raid. Since this was an anthrax related raid, don't you think some sort of protection was in order for all involved? Another case of your mouth getting ahead of your brain. BTW, front page story in the Detroit News today:

Since this is still a developing story don't you think your mouth is ahead of your brain? I wouldn't expect anthrax to be found in an apartment. Would you considering that anthrax requires a lab to be produced? The next obvious step would be to prepare the letters with anthrax right there in the lab with all the equipment.

All conventional wisdon said anthrax could not be spread through the mail. My point, again, is why was it reported that no hazmat precautions were taken yesterday, but this CNN report says they were taken? Is it a case of releasing information to the media too soon because of the pressure from the press or is it a case of the left hand not knowing what the right hand is doing?

With the ever-lower quality of reporting and reporters today there is nothing but confusion until the dust settles and the real reporters put the facts together. Stay tuned.
