Apartment manager Robert Dickson thought he recognized the photo shown on an "America's Most Wanted" broadcast on the FBI's terrorism investigation. The man was one of his tenants, and was preparing to move.

Dickson called the FBI's terrorism hot line that night.

Amazing. I get a sick feeling that the FBI isn't prepared to deal with the terrorists.

From the get go, when I first took one look at the WTC, I have felt that the FBI particularly, (but other alphabet agencies, too,) has been seriously infiltrated by the ENEMY.

Yes, I seriously *feel* that very deep cover double agents hold positions of responsibility in the FBI, which enable them to easily stymie the investigation.

There is NO way that this TIP to the FBI long delay should have ever occured! But many similar stories seem to be happening with an eery regularity.

Perhaps I simply qualify for *paranoia* but I serious smell a rat, or rather several rats at the root of this problem.

I am so furious. I really am. Our bungled Keystone Cops act had better stop and stop now! We have to vacuum out all the crap that the Clinton Administration saturated through our police and military ranks. It is unacceptable. PERIOD.

They were so inundated with tips that they probably didn't get it sorted through soon enough. Depending on how it is handled, they have to prioritize the info they receive.

Best to call them on the phone. Look up your nearest FBI office in the GOVERNMENT section of your phone book. If it is after hours, you may not get through so try to get the regional number from your police. Regional offices are on 24/7; they will screen your call and if it is the least bit suggestive of needing investigation they will put you right through to an agent and will treat it seriously.

Here is a link to all the offices with phone numbers:

Contact info for FBI

I recommend contacting them directly unless it is a total emergency, in which case call your local police.

You're not paranoid--the FBI is compromised. Anyone who doesn't see that by now is delusional. Unfortunately, the "compromised" extends a lot further than just the FBI.

Hi, Aliska. I realize that they've had hundreds of thousands of tips; however, MILLIONS of tips should be in computerized database, and a tip stating that one of the 22 Most Wanteds is living at such &such an apartment --- the software should PRIORITIZE a tip of that nature.

THAT type of info should come immediately to the attention of the local FBI office.

Hi, Lion's Cub.

From the first SECOND that I laid eyes on the WTC on 9/11, I too believed that the FBI/CIA was compromised; when I saw the Pentagon, I realized that infiltration was staggering throughout many levels.

However, you are the first person online to tell me that what I perceived is *obvious* and that OTHERS are delusional, not me.

THANK YOU!!

You are right, of course. When you are working with computers, one wrong keystroke and it doesn't get "filed" where it should (on a computer) and then it can fall through the cracks.

Maybe we shouldn't rely overmuch on computers and technology in tracking down these suspects.

No, you misunderstood what I meant. I'm not very articulate. I mean that I seriously believe that this investigation is being *purposivefully*, intentionally SABOTAGED by people WITHING THE ALPHABET INTELLIGENCE AGENCIES.

I did NOT mean anything about human "error", not at all.

Oh. That thought never entered my mind and I refuse to believe it. I'll go this far and say that there may be some who would rather sit in their offices and take calls and do paperwork than getting out and checking things out.

Overall I think they are doing the very best they can considering the circumstances and I am thankful that they have gotten some of them off the streets.

In a sense, I hope you're right; however, from the first second I took a look at the WTC, I seriously believed that PLENTY of intelligence agents in countries *everywhere* had advance knowledge of the terrorist attack. Even a high schooler spoke of it the week before.

In another sense I hope you're wrong, because for me... if NOBODY truly knew anything about the upcoming attack BEFORE 911, then why are we Americans paying annually 300 BILLION for all alphabet agencies? I believe that our intelligence agencies have been compromised BIG TIME.... and that is one reason why I do NOT mind having AMERICAN TROOPS patrolling AMERICAN SOIL....

They may have advance knowledge that something was going to take place but they didn't know when or how, making it almost impossible to prevent. It does seem a shame that the clues from the Philippines were discounted or not acted upon and that airline security wasn't tightened.

Even the psychics missed it!

It's so easy to point fingers and criticize after-the-fact so I will refrain from doing that.

Listen, I really hope that YOU are right. So please don't think that I am arguing with you. It is my feeling that our intelligence agencies have been infiltrated by ENEMIES.

And, believe me, I wish that I didn't feel this way, but I do. I have a great respect for the expertise of agencies such as the CIA, FBI, KGB, Mossad, et al..... and therefore, I cannot comprehend that this heinous atrocity was known to many in ALL countries long before it occured. THAT simply appalls me.

Slaughter of civilians! And.... I have many older friends, who fought in WWII and/or Korea...... and NONE of them ever saw anything in battle resembling the remains of the WTC. I do realize that EVIL exists.. however, I've simply never witnessed such barbaric primeval savagery...

Mossad claims that the Egyptian doctor who masterminded this terrorist operation is a clinical psychopathic SADIST.

I'm pretty naive, I spose.... but I seriously believe that our agencies have been infiltrated and sabotaged, and THAT is the ONLY way that this atrocity occured.... otherwise, it would NEVER have happened.

No, I don't get the feeling you are arguing with me. We may have been infiltrated to a small degree but I think we have been our own worst enemy in this matter. We just failed to see the writing on the wall due to bureaurocracy and a false sense of security coupled with inability to monitor those who should have been monitored.

I sincerely hope we have learned our lesson and never let our guard down, no matter how the war on terrorism turns out or how great the economy is. We don't dare go back to "business as usual". The more we put out of business, the more will creep out of the woodwork, whether foreign or domestic. Of that I am convinced. We are going to have to live under the CONSTANT threat of incidents from now on.

As to infiltrators, I'll let you out them ;-) due to my ineptitude in such matters.

BTW, kudos to that Robert Dickson who was really on the ball in recognizing that one guy. He seems to have isolated himself away from the "nest" which seems strange to me. What on earth was he doing in Cedar Rapids anyway?

Thanks for your nice words. :)

When I turned on the TV, and took one look... I immediately "knew" that many intelligence agencies had foreknowledge of that VILE atrocity.

So..... THAT idea is very strong for me - as it arose due to outright SHOCK.

I seriously hope that YOU are correct... for you see, I have been as fearful of some of the higher eschelons of the intelligence agencies, in a way that not even the terrorist threat moves me. Frankly, since we are in WAR, I have no fear - no time for such maudlin things as emotions, during WAR, lol.

Thanks again. Maybe I watched too many spy movies as a youngster, and therefore am unable to accept that our FBI/CIA/NSA is... ??? ...incompetent? That's too hard to accept.
