You are right, of course. When you are working with computers, one wrong keystroke and it doesn't get "filed" where it should (on a computer) and then it can fall through the cracks.
Maybe we shouldn't rely overmuch on computers and technology in tracking down these suspects.

*purposivefully*, intentionally SABOTAGED by people WITHING THE ALPHABET INTELLIGENCE AGENCIES.
