Hell, Law & Order does it all the time. Take a true story and use it as an episode. Maybe CSI will actually ship his butt off to jail.
Q It's reported that Michael Bloomberg, the Republican nominee for mayor of New York, has only been a Republican for one year. And 90 percent of his political contributions went to Democrats like Barbara Mikulski. And my question is, while it is understandable that the President in New York did not campaign for him, why has he declined to help genuine Republican gubernatorial nominees in New Jersey and Virginia, whose elections are a lot more important than any baseball game, as demonstrated by George Bush, who gave up baseball for governing?
I'm looking for more....:-)

Last Jan, the 11th I think, I found my way to the Bush transition headquarters in downtown DC and was able and honored to work at the mail-sorting post for several hours with a few other volunteers.
At lunch time I went downstairs and found a little restaurant on the first floor off the lobby.
I'd finished and was getting ready to leave with the other volunteer who'd joined me, when I looked up and saw the Secretary-designate.
Dressed in his raincoat, with an aide trailing him, Rumsfeld seemed to be just passing thru.
A few people recognized him, including me, and as he passed my table I reached out my hand to him and wished him luck.
He shook my hand...smiled back...a steely smile, and said "Thanks" and went on.
My companion didn't recognize him and had to ask who he was.
That was a day I was grateful to be a news junkie!

In a round about way...that is what I'm doing. Sleeping feels good after a long day......by falling asleep during the Series, aren't I saying "to h*ll with the consequences?"

OK DJ, I see you have the idea. Now you must scope out TODAY'S press briefings and news shows for tomorrow's entry. Pickings may be slim for Saturuday, however, although nothing surprises me any more.
On Sunday one can also (if one can stomach it) watch the Sunday morning screaming face shows. The press briefings are the best source, however.
