INS holding 2 men seized at apartment (anthrax letters - HANDWRITING link?)

HAMILTON -- Two men taken from the Greenwood Village Garden Apartments by FBI agents Monday are being held by the U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service, an FBI spokeswoman said yesterday.

The men, who have not been charged by the FBI in connection with any terrorist investigation, were taken from the upstairs apartment at 228 Norman Court in handcuffs, a neighbor said.

You'll need to resize the first photo of Azmath to do a good comparison.

Again, check the hairline and the eyebrows in particular. The ears and the chin don't quite match up. Close, but not 100 percent.

That was a possilbe scenario that I considered when I heard that she regularly took the subway. A newspaper might be the source, but I was just thinking of a a bag left on a seat. Maybe this woman's curiousity got her to open the bag and a cloud of Anthrax puffed out. Maybe it had a powdered sugar donut inside the bag to explain the 'white power'. She might have sniffed it to see if it was fresh, but had second thoughts of eatting something left behind on a subway seat. If she ate the hypothetical donut, then an autopsy should show signs of injested Anthrax in her digestive tract. It might also explain why she deteriorated so quickly.

Using a magazine or newspaper to hide the Anthrax letter sounds logical. Would be curious to timeline the NJ victims and see if they road a bus or train, and if they remember picking up a used magazine or newspaper.

Here is a repost of post 99. Azmath's picture is in the middle.

John Doe #2 looks surprisingly like a slightly bulkier Azmath.
Same 'pug' nose or space between the nose and lips. Eyebrows in both pictures have arching in same area, and cross the nasal bridge to the same area. (I think Azmath's eyebrows help distinguish him from many of the other characters whose pictures we've seen lately.)
Same short neck (or high back of the shoulders). Same full lower lip. Jaw line is a little fuller. Hairline might be receding a bit on Azmath (who might be older).

The eyebrows do really seem to be particular to Azmath. They, and the 'pug' nose are what makes Azmath stand out from, say, all the other alleged terrorists' pictures on the FBI web site. Azmath's nose is not beakish or very large and John Doe's is not beakish or very large. Azmath's eyebrows go slightly over his nose and arch just the same as John Doe's do too. If Azmath weighed about 15 or 20 pounds more, he would look even more like John Doe.

All in all the artist who did the sketch was very good at portraying Azmath, especially considering he or she probably never actually saw Azmath.

This sounds as likely for her to pick up as a newspaper, especially if she wanted to sit down and the bag was in the way.

The 3rd image (John Doe #2) isn't showing up. I only see a black box with a little red x. I guess maybe that's what's happening here.

In larger images, it's clear that the hairlines are 100 percent identical. Not to mention quite unique due to the asymetric "slash" of the hairline that goes from high above the right eye down to low above the left eye (from our viewpoint).

It looks like the artist made some effort to get that right.

These pictures are either sketched or built from overlay plastic, going only by an eye-witness description. I'd say the eye-witness who gave this description was a very observant witness. To be a picture from memory, this is a stunning match. The squared off chin, the hairline, and especially the eyes are a dead ringer for Azmath. As far as I'm concerned, the FBI has the two men who mailed the four letters. Now, let's see what they do with them.
