Shouldn't Elected officials (Freedom) and Thieves (Property) be expected to act morally responsible as well, Since the Former (Stoners) Are hurting no one, and the Latter have the potential to harm many?

Idiot, was extremely generous. I'm quite certain the Libertarian party did not reach the leadership position it holds in the third party movement, espousing the stupidity found in #3. I would submit, that the founding fathers just might consider the platform of the Libertarian Party to be at least as close to their view of correct Constitutional thinking, as the Republican or Democrat Party platforms.

Actually, (a short lesson in the Constitution) Citizens should be able to own whatever they can AFFORD....Yes, Jets, Battleships what not....Before you disagree..Statist, go read and research exactly what is implied by Congress' granted ability to provide "Letters of Marque and Reprisal"...
