If you have the right to
FORCE Stoners to be moral, while damaging the Fabric of the Constitution, to enforce the WOD...
Shouldn't Elected officials (Freedom) and Thieves (Property) be expected to act morally responsible as well, Since the Former (Stoners) Are hurting no one, and the Latter have the potential to harm many?
Adhering to the Constitution, would hold the Latter in check, allowing the former to debase themselves in such manner as they choose. PROHIBITION IS ALWAYS A LOSING PROPOSTITION IN A FREE SOCIETY
It has been tried twice, and failed miserably....

Evidentally CWRWinger is one of those 'cut and paste' jobs kinda poster. Shows quite a lack of imagination. Doesn't appear that Constitutional knowledge, or Logic, are strong suits either....

Probably gonn start posting pictures of addicts and calling them libertarians, or graphs that he says will show that prohibition merely coinsided with a rise in crime but had nothing to do with it.
Thee dorks are nothing but disrupters, and not enen good ones at that.
What discussion of RKBA have we had? None.
To: riley1992
It's a question worth repeating. I see no one has been able to answer that one. I was hoping someone would take a crack at it. Sigh, no real libertarians here.
To: Eagle Eye
What discussion of RKBA have we had? None. That's because that would deviate from their crib notes from 'How To Sound Like An Idiot While Making Stuff Up About Libertarians 101". They would be lost without those.

Has it occured to you that no one is going to answer that because none of us get stoned? Fine tune your argument and maybe you will receive an answer. Until then, go play in the sandbox.

I believe citizens of this country should be allowed to own whatever they can carry, including full auto assult weapons. I do not want illegal aliens carrying anything, though.

God I can't wait till election time so we can bicker over irrelevant Liberaltarian Candidates taking votes away from electable candidates..
Why wait?
If they're so "irrelevant", how do they take votes from anybody? Besides, if they're so "liberal" how the hell would they take votes away from Republican candidates? Methinks this is just making excuses for Republican failures.

It's a question worth repeating. I see no one has been able to answer that one. I answered it quite succinctly in #41....Now, if your little pea brain doesn't ache from the concept, maybe you would like to engage the subject LOGICALLY, beyond that point....Otherwise admit your are not up to that task and I'll say...
Thanx for Playing....

"...none of us get stoned.."
Is that a fact?
Time to go to work, no real libertarians here to answer my question. Thanks for your replies, except one.
To: CWRWinger
Have a good day at work and feel free to come back and answer my questions if you ever come up with something to say.

And I am sure you enjoy being on the same side as Senator Maria Cantwell.....She really works to further your agenda....
Whereas, the Judges being held up by Senate Majority Leader Dasshole, would not......
Hey, I could be wrong...

Idiot, was extremely generous. I'm quite certain the Libertarian party did not reach the leadership position it holds in the third party movement, espousing the stupidity found in #3. I would submit, that the founding fathers just might consider the platform of the Libertarian Party to be at least as close to their view of correct Constitutional thinking, as the Republican or Democrat Party platforms.
Member Constitution Party.

believe citizens of this country should be allowed to own whatever they can carry, Actually, (a short lesson in the Constitution) Citizens should be able to own whatever they can AFFORD....Yes, Jets, Battleships what not....Before you disagree..Statist, go read and research exactly what is implied by Congress' granted ability to provide "Letters of Marque and Reprisal"...
