The Bosnian & Croat indictments are just plain silly. Read them for a good laugh at www.un.org/icty

Regardless of how you may feel about Milosevic, you've got to admire him for his spunk and for saying how it is.

If he thinks the UN court has the intellect of a retarded 7 year old, he's paying them quite a compliment. I would have told them something worse.

"
Unlike the previous administration, this one has proclaimed war on terrorism. The previous administration knew bin Laden was in Albania two years after their embassies were attacked, and they discussed that fact with me," he said, referring to attacks on U.S. embassies in Nairobi and Dar es Salaam in August 1998."
And x42 didn't do anything about terrorists? I am shocked, shocked I tell ya.

Milosevic Says U.N. Court Like a 'Retarded Child' Why should the U.N. Court be any different from the rest of the organization. However, Milosevic may have insulted retarded children everywhere.

I don't know how I'm supposed to feel about him...I mean, didn't we bomb the shinola out of his country because his manner of dealing with terrorism offended the delicate pallettes of our arm chair drum beaters?
Considering our current predicament, we should be asking him for pointers?
I respect his disdain for the grandiose hypocrites.

Milosevic Says U.N. Court Like a 'Retarded Child'
HAHAHAHAHAH! I'm sorry but when I read this headline, I completely cracked up. Whew! Yeah, he does have "spunk". Don't like him, but he has "spunk". At least he's not bending over to the so-called court that's supposedly trying him.

"Please go and read out the judgements you are instructed to read and don't bother me and make me listen for hours on end to texts that are at the intellectual level of a seven-year-old child," he said after listening to the indictments on Monday.
"Or rather let me correct myself -- a retarded seven-year- old child," the 60-year-old ousted Yugoslav president said in a highly charged display of contempt for a court he has branded an illegal tool of his NATO enemies. That's pretty funny.

I must confess I have mixed feelings about Slobo. He was a terrible ruler for the serbs, but he sure knew how to treat a Muslim.

Milosevic is a rat, who did not hesitate to assasinate his Serbian opponents any more that than use draconian measures against Albanian rebels, whom even our State Department branded 'terrorists'. But he is on sound legal ground for rejecting the claim of authority over his acts by NATO (to which Yugoslavia did not belong), and this kangaroo court in the Hague.
He ought to be tried by his own people (who would probably shot him, instead of imprisoning him for life). Mind you, since he claimed to be the President of Yugoslavia, and claimed that this included all the territory of the former Republic, the court which should have authority over him would include Croatians, Bosnians, and Kosavars.

The functionary turned hero, who has a family history of suicide, asked the tribunal to end its round-the-clock observation of him in his cell at the U.N. detention center that has been his jail for four months. And now the media set up for Milo's tragic end. The way all good enemies of the superior humanity should end....by their "own" hands.

The UN (sic!) Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (but in reality a US/NATO Tribunal) serves the same function as NATO. It has been waging acts of agression against Yugoslavia with other than military means, by means of subversion of international law. Thus it is a part of the total war US launched on Yugoslavia. And like NATO itself the "UN Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia" is a criminal organization in the purview of the Nurenberg Charter
