Since the judge has already made this disagreeable ruling, I'm asking you how aggressive your attorney is being in reaction; whether they are telling you "there's not much we can do - he's the judge" or whether they're talking about taking aggressive steps to challenge the ruling for you.

we are taking action- filing a motion to overturn his decision, since it is factually incorrect in almost every paragraph, and ignores 90% of the evidence...and doesn't even agree with itself... If you read the first six pages you wopuld think it looks pretty bad for her, then you read the seventh and go "huh????" didn't he jkust spend six pages trashing her?

Plus, there is new evidence to present, including video tape of the twins saying how mommy taught them a new song "about the daddy who hits little girls"

That is, of course, deplorable in every way. When I hear about a judge like this I really want to find some way to publicize their incredible incompetence. In my case, the custody evaluation could only be read privately in the attorney's office and all parties were forbidden to discuss the findings with anyone else, to protect everyone's privacy. It would certainly be nice if you could change the names and publish it so everyone could see what a complete donkey this judge is. People like that shouldn't be allowed to remain in such positions of authority over everyone else's lives.

It's bad enough that your soon-to-be-Ex behaves this way; it's far worse for a judge to endorse it and reward her for it.
