RE: # 94:
I shoulda announced my post itself wuz (an attempt at) a joke? Sorry...

It could not. ALL of us well-bred types know and adore the FugsGuess it wasn't just a bad trip, but I kinda remember it as someone elses memory if you know what I mean. Thank God this is an anonymous forum, doubt that I would admit this in public. ;~)

hahahahahahahaha! Very funny.

I also support the idea that redundancy can be quite catchy as well as contagious. LOL!
***During WWII Churchill once submitted a draft of an important wartime speech to the British Foreign Office for comment which was returned to him with no comment whatever on content. But where he had ended a sentence with a preposition a Foreign Office purist had careted the preposition into its stiffly grammatical position.
At this the Prime Minister flew into a lather. To the offending purist he dispatched a note: "This is the type of arrant pedantry up with which I will not put!"****Louis J. Alber, Current History and Forum (^:

The opening act was a band called Jack Mack and The Heart Attacks ***
Oh my gosh. This instantly brings to mind the old saying that if you question 7 people, you will discover some link. Hmmm...sounds like liberal Love One Another peacenik claptrap, but it has proved true on occasion - LIKE NOW!
I have a good childhood friend who was a key member of JMATHA. We had some awesome parties in L.A., involving hot tubs, Absolut and the like (all very clothed, for you nasties out there!)

Samuel Johnson of the 18th Century (and of course I'm sure you know all about him, watsonfellow) also had a great wit. Johnson was at a dinner party when one of the women started to get up from her chair. Unfortunately for her, at that moment a VERY LOUD emission of gas escaped from her posterior. Quickly the woman scuffed her heel on the floor in order to make the pretense that that was the source of the disgusting sound. The other dinner guests, embarrassed, pretend not to have noticed.....EXCEPT for Samuel Johnson who immediately commented:
"Madame. We heard you the first time,
There is no need to make it rhyme."

Otherwise rude acts may be dignified by proper execution. Remember to scratch your crotch with your pinkie only. You must develop the ability to raise one eyebrow quizzically as unspoken reproof in the presence of a faux pas. In consequence, booing is bad form unless pronounced nasally, in which case it may be characterized as a gasconade, which is perfectly acceptable, indeed examplary, in polite society.

"How declasse. Polite applause is quite sufficient for this fellow. Fingers to palm, of course, so as not to make too much noise."
Quite, my good fellow.

Ouch! LOL! Most impolite and dastardly of Mr. Johnson. The poor woman probably expired from vapors. (^:

Politeness is not required when near Hitlery.

It is common knowledge that "boo" is a salutation to satan's minions during the annual feast of helloween.

where I studied the Classics and PPEE (Pomposity, Punditry, Excess, and Egocentricity).I will have you know, dear fellow, we study pomposity, plagerism, excess, and egotism. Do get it right next time. ;-)

Dear PJ-Comix aka watsonfellow's alter ego,
LOL.....I know it is shameful to say this as a conservative, but..........SOMETIMES IT JUST FEELS GOOD TO BOO. There I feel better now.
But before I go I have to add one more BOO to the people here who didn't realize this was a spoof. Yikes, two boos in one post. Does that mean I'm a really, really rude conservative?
Discourteously yours,
Southflank

It is common knowledge that "boo" is a salutation to satan's minions during the annual feast of helloween. As chronicled by that great theologian, Jack Chick, in his famous tract of the same name, BOO! Click on the cartoon panel to see Jack Chick reveal WHO is really behind Halloween.

"LOL!!!!! That d00d was a total phoney a-hole. He claims to be a consevative, yet with all that's going on his first post is putting down the heroes in NY for booing the hilda-bitch. I'm not sure everyone on this thread caught your drift. I hope JR or one of the mods banned that useless ass forever."
Heh heh heh heh.
At first all I could think of was outting watsofellow on another thread because it was too obvious that he was a DU disruptor.
However, PJ has shown me the error of my ways.
This guy is way to funny to ban him.
Let's keep him for a pet.

When I earned my PPEE I was so proud that I immediately stuck it in my pocket. I can't tell you how good it felt to have a PPEE in my pants.

He would p*ss on her.Please. Proper etiquette only for the Harvard crowd here. At Harvard, it's "Urinate". ;-)
To: PJ-Comix
You are the one who so adores Howard Stern. I don't think you should be telling others what is rude. You promote rude if you are his fan.
Why is it we are supposed to sit quietly and meekly as a fraud tries to win political points by appearing at a fund raiser in honor of police and firemen? These same police she has disrespected many times in the past, the police that she harmed as she sped through a check point, the guards her supporters spit on at one of her events. Also, if I remember correctly this lady and her husband gave pardons to terrorists, gave concessions to other terrorists and I think I remember some connection in the past to Bin Laden.
