   State that all who may dare oppose you have some form of mental illness.
2. . . . That doesn't mean there aren't exceptions (nor did I suggest otherwise) . . .
   Lie about what you said: "And had you been born in . . . Afghanistan, you would now be attempting to convince me . . ."
3. . . . My point is . . .
   Use the phrases "my point is" or "my point was". If we didn't get it the first time, you are not very good at communicating your thoughts.
4. . . . that the odds are overwhelmingly in favor . . .
   Lie a second time: "odds" had never been mentioned before.
5. . . . of those standing in defense . . .
   Tell a subset of us who we are or what we believe. It is the disruptor who uses the phrase "freepers here are all . . .".
6. . . . Why would anyone of sound mind seek to deny this?
   Make assertions of mental illness a second time.
7. . . . And, of course
   Make impossible and nonsensical hypotheticals to "prove" a point.

Hey what it if the Amish had a violent mafia wing whose goal was to eliminate all technology?? Now that would be scary -- bin Laden would even have to watch out! ;)
