Mysterious Man in Photos

I posted this in another thread and I thought I start a new thread with it. This guy keeps showing up in pictures. The first time I saw him was when a friend passed me an urban legend with a tourist who was puported to have taken a picture on top of one of the WTCs
Then someone posted a picture of Hillary eating some sort of sandwhich
Has anyone else seen this guy in any other pictures? What's up with this?

The first picture is the original picture with the guy, which was found to be a hoax (if you look up the word picture and hoax in the search engine, articles only, you'll see a thread about it). Since it was a hoax, everyone and their mother has been putting that guy into different pictures, and some are damn funny.....and many are on this board somewhere. Tourist Guy is one nickname he has been called....

My guess is that the man in the photo is the guy that's doctoring the photos. He's just having fun, and getting a little exposure at the same time.
