The Solution to ending terrorism in America is:

(1)Deporting and or arresting all illegal alien immigrants and all individuals (mostly foriegners) in America linked to terror groups.

(2)And rearming our pilots as they were before the evil 1968 gun Control Act was passed. The evil law was by crooked politicians over one mass shooting in Texas brought on by a shooter who was heavily on pychotropic drugs and under psychiatric care/experimentation when he commited his mass murders. And for 30 years the record was sealed and keep secret, while the FBI bold faced lied for over 30 years that on Aug. 1, 1966, sniper Charles Joseph Whitman was not on psychiatric or pschotropic mind altering drugs.

Once the FBI and government was finally forced to release the record is was clear that Whitman was on pschotropic mind altering drugs and under psychiatric , as have most of the mass random shooters since 1966 that have been used to passed gun control.

(3)Repealing the 1968 Gun Control Act

(4)Most importantly the solution is not passing any new anti-terror laws which violate our God given, Bill of Rights protected rights and freedoms as Americans!
Giving up our rights only increases our chances of becoming victims of terror by enemies--foriegn and domestic enemies.

Don't allow the government to continue allowing terrorism to take place(by not taking proper action to stop it) and use it to take away your rights, and use it to arm your enemies(China & Russia).

Shanghai summit: Bush, Jiang agree to fight terrorism together

David E Sanger(The New York Times)

(Shanghai, October 19)

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

President Bush and President Jiang Zemin of China met for the first time here this morning and emerged with Bush declaring that China had agreed to "cooperate with intelligence matters and interdict the financing" of major terrorist groups.

In a brief joint news conference after their meeting at a suburban retreat used by Communist Party leaders, Bush also said that he was still looking for evidence of whether a foreign power or terrorist group was coordinating the anthrax attacks in the US, but he also for the first time warned that the source of the attacks could be an American conducting what he called "a hoax."

"Anybody in America who would use this opportunity to threaten our citizens" would be vigorously prosecuted, he said. "We're looking," he said, "we're on the search to find out who's responsible for these evil acts."

Bush came here seeking China's approval, or at least acquiescence, for his war on terrorism, and he received much of what he sought. At the news conference, Jiang said, "I've made clear we are opposed to terrorism in all forms." But he glided past a question about whether he would specifically endorse the American military acts in Afghanistan, saying that he hoped any such action would have "clearly defined targets," would be "aimed accurately, with few civilian casualties" and would be guided by the United Nations.

Bush sought and received a general endorsement of his actions from the UN but has declined to put the military action under a UN command, calling it an act of self-defence.

Some areas of continuing disagreement were clear from the two leaders' comments, but neither man dwelt on traditional sore points in the Washington-Beijing relationship. Bush made no reference to human rights violations in China, though he did say that any battle against terrorists "must never be an excuse to persecute minorities." He appeared to be referring to the Chinese actions against Muslim separatists and others who have battled the central government in China. The US has been concerned that Jiang would use the battle against terrorism to justify repression in western regions, including those near Afghanistan.

The US and China have rarely shared intelligence, and the intelligence relationship has been particularly testy since an American EP-3 surveillance plane collided with a Chinese fighter not far from here last spring. It took 10 days for the American crew to be returned, and Bush and Jiang never talked during that incident.

Jiang greeted President Bush this morning on familiar ground: at the Western Guest House.

Both Bush and Jiang appeared to be enjoying each other's company today, though at moments Bush looked both tired and tense. After Jiang welcomed him, Bush said, "I, too, felt like we had a good meeting." But he stopped well short of his comments after his first meeting with President Vladimir V. Putin of Russia when he said he had looked into Putin's eyes and seen a man whom he could trust.

Instead, Bush referred repeatedly today to the "common understanding" between the US and China about "the magnitude of the threat posed by international terrorism." He made no reference to China as a "strategic competitor."

Both Washington and Beijing have made clear that they seek a major improvement in their relationship.

In recent weeks, Jiang has been supportive of Bush's aims, but he has insisted that any military actions should be taken under the auspices of the UN.

The military strikes against the Taliban in Afghanistan, however, work to China's advantage. China shares a short border with Afghanistan, and Muslim Uighur separatists in that region have been a continuing problem for Jiang. Under the banner of fighting terrorism, he hopes to win implicit endorsement for Beijing's continuing efforts to beat back any moves toward independence in Xinjiang.

More problematic for Bush on this visit is selling his plan to build a missile defence system, which China has steadfastly opposed. Last week, Bush reiterated his intention to move forward with the anti-missile programme.

China blacks out live TV coverage

Bill Clinton made history in 1998 when he sparred openly with Chinese counterpart Jiang Zemin in a news conference in Beijing broadcast live and uncensored across China on state television.

But when his successor, George W. Bush, held a news conference with Jiang following their first ever meeting in Shanghai on Friday, Chinese viewers saw only a delayed and heavily edited version.

The live television blackout highlights China's still strict media controls and lingering reservations about Bush, who came to office calling China a "strategic competitor" instead of the "strategic partner" of his predecessor.

"China wanted to have this as discreet as possible," said one source close to the negotiations over coverage of the news conference. "From day one they said this is not going to be transmitted live in China."

"The US was only pushing for live transmission to the United States."

I don't think Bush went to China under any illusions that they are our friends. If we confined international dialogue to total friends only, we'd be speaking only with...only with....Gosh, with whom would we HAVE international relations? Australia, maybe, is safe enough...but then, we haven't had a problem on the U.S.-Australian border in quite a few weeks.

Bush: China a partner in terrorism war

Jiang concerned about air war on Afghanistan

Dominion Post

October20, 2001

SHANGHAI, China (AP) -- President Bush and Chinese President Jiang Zemin declared themselves partners in the war on terrorism Friday, although Jiang cautioned that the U.S. air war in Afghanistan must be aimed at clearly defined targets to ''avoid innocen t casualties.''

''President Jiang and the government stand side by side with the American people as we fight this evil force,'' Bush said after his first face-to-face meeting with his Chinese counterpart.

The two leaders met as an American government official confirmed that a handful of U.S. special forces are operating in southern Afghanistan, marking a significant new phase in the military response to terrorist attacks.

Bush would not discuss the special forces' operations, but a senior government official said Friday that a small number of U.S. forces were supporting efforts by the intelligence community to undermine the Taliban regime. ''We will use whatever means are necessary to achieve our objective,'' Bush said at a news conference.

Bush came here at a time when the sometimes volatile Sino-American relations are on the upswing, but both leaders alluded in a joint news conference to lingering differences.

''The war on terrorism must never be an excuse to persecute minorities,'' Bush said, an apparent reference to China's treatment of the restive Uighur population in China's northwest Xinjiang region.

Bush said he also stressed the need ''to combat the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction and missile technology.'' On Sept. 1, the State Department imposed sanctions on a Chinese arms producer for allegedly selling missile technology to Pakistan in violation of a U.S.-Chinese agreement signed last November. http://www.dominionpost.com/a/news/2001/10/20/av/

SUMMIT

Frustrating U.S., China Balks at Pact to Stem Nuclear Sales

By CRAIG S. SMITH

HANGHAI, Oct. 19 — President Bush and President Jiang Zemin celebrated warming relations between their two countries today, but behind the smiles little of substance has yet changed.

In particular, the two sides remain in a standoff over implementation of a nonproliferation agreement signed nearly a year ago. The Bush administration had hoped that action on the issue would be the one concrete achievement the president could announce at the summit meeting today.

Yet despite what one senior administration official called a "full- court press" in the weeks leading up to today's meeting, China would not agree to what the United States considered a relatively simple deal. Chinese government officials could not be reached for comment, but American officials and Chinese arms control experts suggested that Beijing might want further concessions from the United States.

The lack of progress has frustrated administration officials, who said today that stopping the proliferation of nuclear weapons and the missiles designed to deliver them is more important than ever.

Most of China's exports of nuclear weapons technology and missile- making equipment have gone to Pakistan, where simmering Islamic fundamentalism raises the concern that such technology could someday fall into the hands of extremists in the region. Pakistan relies largely on China for its weapons, which China has been willing to sell because it has helped create a counterbalance to India, with which China has longstanding territorial disputes.

But the American-Pakistan alliance formed after the Sept. 11 attacks on the United States promises to reduce Pakistan's military dependence on China, at a time when China itself has begun to worry about the nuclear weapons program in what is a potentially unstable country.

This would seem to be an especially opportune time for China to follow through on its year-old nonproliferation agreement. That it has not underscores how the outlines of United States-China relations remain largely unaltered beyond Beijing's expressions of support for the American antiterrorism campaign.

"Despite the improved atmosphere, there remain a number of concrete areas in U.S.-China relations that won't be affected by the current cooperation against terrorism, such as missile defense, Taiwan and evidently nonproliferation," said David Shambaugh, director of the China Policy Program at George Washington University in Washington.

The Bush administration wanted China to fulfill its November 2000 agreement today by handing over a list of missile parts and missile-making technology that it would ban from export to third countries, like Pakistan. As part of that agreement, China is also required to show how it would enforce such a ban.

In return, the United States promised to allow American businesses to resume launching satellites on Chinese rockets, a lucrative business for China that the United States has blocked since February 2000 because of the proliferation concerns.

Fulfillment of the accord was initially held up by the change of administrations at the beginning of this year and then by the crisis caused by the collision of an American surveillance plane with a Chinese fighter jet off China's southern coast in April.

In July, the United States formally complained about China's failure to follow through on the agreement, and experts from the two sides have met several times since then to try and resolve the issue. By last week, administration officials were saying that they expected a deal in time for today's meeting between Mr. Bush and Mr. Jiang. But by the end of last week, the talks had broken down. It is not entirely clear why.

China has threatened in the past to use proliferation to punish the United States for its arms sales to Taiwan or for the deployment of Washington's proposed missile defense shield.

China has made various nonproliferation commitments since it began raising alarm in the early 1990's with its sales of nuclear weapons technology, missiles and missile technology, but adhered to nobe of them. In June 1991, Mr. Bush's father barred the export of supercomputers, satellites and missile technology to China to punish it for transferring missile technology to Pakistan. Those sanctions were waived in March 1992. But a little more than a year later, the Clinton administration imposed new sanctions on China for again shipping missile equipment to Pakistan.

In November 1994, the United States waived the sanctions yet again after China signed a statement vowing not to export missiles capable of delivering a 1,100-pound warhead 180 miles or more. By the late 1990's, though, it became clear that China had shipped such missiles, called M-11's, to Pakistan.

Last November, the Clinton administration imposed sanctions for those sales. But it waived the sanctions in return for an agreement under which China would give the United States a list of missile components and technology that it promised not to export, and would explain how it planned to enforce the ban.

The Chinese never provided that list or the explanation and the United States says that earlier this year, the China Metallurgical Equipment Corporation delivered components for Pakistani two-stage, solid-fuel missiles. The United States warned China that it would again face sanctions if it did not carry out the 2000 agreement, but nothing was done.

On Sept. 1, the State Department imposed sanctions against the Chinese company and its Pakistani counterpart. The sanctions have the effect of once again blocking American companies from launching satellites on Chinese rockets.

The current sanctions are all the more galling for the Chinese because the United States has since lifted the companion sanctions against Pakistan's National Development Complex, the entity that the United States says received the Chinese missile parts. Those sanctions were lifted to encourage Pakistan's cooperation in the war in Afghanistan.

China has said that its own extensive investigation found that the Chinese company had not sold missile parts. It has said it will not carry out the November agreement until the new sanctions are lifted.

"Technically there should be no difficulty in making the list available, but politically China needs a U.S. quid pro quo," said Shen Dingli, an America-watcher at Fudan University in Shanghai.

How Clinton Turned U.S. Intelligence Into a Cash Cow

Charles R. Smith

Thursday, Oct. 18, 2001

In 1993, terrorists linked to Osama bin Laden bombed the World Trade Center in New York City. In response, Bill Clinton turned the massive resources of the U.S.

intelligence community away from national security and instead focused on commercial espionage.

The Clinton administration did not consider Russia, China or Osama bin Laden to be a threat against the United States. Instead, Bill Clinton considered the economic threat of losing global contracts to our allies in Europe to be the greatest evil.

The Clinton emphasis on commercial espionage became public in 1994 when then CIA Director John Deutch announced that electronic intercepts of a Saudi prince gave Boeing a major contract.

According to Deutch, the National Security Agency had recorded phone calls between a Saudi prince and European aircraft manufacturer Airbus. The NSA intercepts suggested the Saudi prince was being bribed by Airbus over a multibillion-dollar airliner contract.

Deutch revealed to NBC news that the NSA recordings were provided to the Saudi government, which then promptly arrested the prince and awarded the billion-dollar contract to Boeing.

Boeing was not the only U.S. firm to take advantage of commercial espionage data provided by the Clinton administration. Another heavily documented case involves U.S. electronics maker Motorola and exports to China. This case, however, points directly at Bill Clinton.

USA v. UK -- The Battle of Bucks

In 1993, Motorola hired Clinton national security advisor Dr. Richard Barth to be a lobbyist inside Washington. Barth, who then worked alongside now CIA Director George Tenet, was a key member of the Clinton NSC White House staff. Barth was so important that Tenet wrote to him personally, trying to convince Barth to stay inside the White House.

"Barthman. Why are you leaving me?" asked Tenet in a 1993 White House e-mail. "Do you want my job? My wife? My 1974 Camaro? This place will suck eggs without you to keep me sane."

Despite the emotional appeal by George Tenet, Barth left the White House to take a six-figure job with Motorola. In 1994, Barth returned to the White House, this time as a Motorola employee. Interestingly, Barth now sought to export sophisticated electronic scrambling devices to China.

"European firms have for a number of months been able to market and sell encryption in China as a result of a decision taken by the UK intelligence agency, GCHQ," wrote Barth in a 1994 letter directed to the White House.

"I understand that our National Security Agency is aware of this change in GCHQ's position and would support our request for a change in US requirements for export licenses for China. The NSA has agreed that there should be a 'level playing field' in regard to China."

The Barth letter clearly illustrates that the Clinton administration was involved in an intelligence food fight with our allies in Europe. The UK intelligence agency GCHQ was now pitted against its U.S. counterpart, the NSA, in an export battle for bucks. Instead of cooperation in tracking known terrorists and global threats, the two agencies were now fighting each other at the behest of corporate

profiteers. NSA v. GCHQ

Most Americans do not even know of the National Security Agency, much less the super-secret British GCHQ. I find it interesting indeed that the National Security Agency, well known for keeping its mouth shut, would spill its guts to an ex-NSC member employed in the commercial sector.

How did Barth know British GCHQ had changed its position? Who in the NSA told him there should be a "level playing field" for Motorola exports to China? How did Barth obtain this data for his company? No one in the NSA, GCHQ or Motorola will say, and Barth has so far declined to be interviewed.

The battle between Atlantic allies continued through 1994 and well into 1995. The documents from Barth clearly show that Motorola sought to export more than just scrambled radios to communist China. Barth's request included radiation-hardened electronics that are quite useful in nuclear combat.

Barth's correspondence also shows that President Clinton was directly involved.

"This is to request that your office initiate action to obtain a waiver from requirements for individual export license notifications to Congress for wireless mobile communications systems containing encryption for China," wrote Barth in a letter addressed to the State Department, dated Nov. 23, 1994.

"Such a waiver was issued by the President in September of this year for civilian satellite systems and encrypted products for use by American firms operating in China. Finally, while we now are not yet applying for licenses for encrypted systems for satellite positioning, we may within months be applying for such licenses for our IRIDIUM systems," noted Barth in his letter.

Barth's letter noteed that Motorola sought to export sophisticated scrambled satellite control systems to Beijing, the same kind of hardened electronics that are now installed inside Chinese nuclear bombs aimed at America.

Yet, Motorola had far more than Barth and the NSA inside the Clinton White House.

Motorola's CEO flew with Ron Brown on a Far East trade mission in 1994. Motorola's Hong Kong VP had coffee in the White House in 1996 with President Clinton.

In fact, Motorola's CEO had dinner with Chinese President Jiang Zemin and President Clinton inside the White House.

No small company could match the high-paying lobby jobs, the Commerce trips to China, the inside information from U.S. and British intelligence, the White House coffees or the state dinners.

Motorola played a game of musical chairs, with the players occasionally changing titles on six-figure jobs as they rotated from industry to bureaucracy to political staff and back again.

Presidential Waiver

Yet, there is final proof that corporate profits overrode global national security inside the previous administration. The Motorola story ends on a classic Clinton note, with a single letter written to Commerce Secretary Ron Brown.

"Dear Ron," wrote Motorola CEO Gary Tooker in July 1995. "I am writing to thank you and some key members of the Commerce Department for your assistance in obtaining the Presidential waiver for encryption export sales to China."

The 1995 Motorola letter is proof positive that Bill Clinton is directly responsible for the present-day U.S. intelligence disaster. Bill Clinton turned America's spy network into a personal cash cow, aimed at pleasing big-dollar contributors instead of protecting the free world.

If any single person is responsible for the sad state of our NSA and CIA today, it is Bill Clinton.

"Repealing the 1968 Gun Control Act"

Time for America to do away with ALL laws that violate the 2nd amendment.

Text of the Second Amendment
"A well regulated Militia
being necessary to the security of a free State,
the right of the people to keep and bear Arms shall not be infringed."

Anyone who actually reads AND understands the 2nd Amendment
will see that there is no constitutional authority for any type of gun registration
and *there is no need for anyone to have to apply for a license to carry a gun.
*NOTE Vermont is the only state that understands this!
Any political party, politician, judge (etc), organization or individual who trys to convince you that:
1) you must register a firearm
2) you must pass a background check
3) you must wait (x) amount of days before you can get your firearm
4) you need to have a license to carry a gun
is either uneducated about OUR rights as citizens
OR is actively working to undermine OUR country.

How Did the Founders Understand the Second Amendment?

How the Brady Bill Passed (and subsequently - "Instant Check")
When the Brady Bill was passed into law on November 24, 1993,
the Senate voted on the Conference Report
and passed the Brady Bill by UNANIMOUS CONSENT.

NOT ONE SENATOR FROM EITHER PARTY VOTED AGAINST THIS
AND THE NRA HELPED DRAFT THE BRADY BILL.

I don't think bushtheyounger is going to do anything about illegal immigration as his buddy fox seems to be writing U.S. immigration reform laws.

Business A senior executive of the company, surnamed Zheng, said that according to the order, the company will supply Nedlloyd with 23, 000 TEU freezer containers.

Nedlloyd has been one of the biggest customers for China's flagship container company. The freezer deal is the biggest order placed by Nedlloyd in China.

COSCO, which set the world's record for freezer container sales in the first six months of this year, has posted a strong export momentum. With last year's output of 29,900 TEU freezer containers, it has obtained 30 percent share of the international market.

Dear Ron," wrote Motorola CEO Gary Tooker in July 1995. "I am writing to thank you and some key members of the Commerce Department for your assistance in obtaining the Presidential waiver for encryption export sales to China."

And Bill Clinton had Ron Brown murdered (along with the 34 others on the Brown plane) because Brown threatened to turn state's evidence in the matters of Chinagate and campaign finance illegalities. To prove it, all you need to do is exhume and autopsy Brown's body. If he was shot in the head as ALL of the pathologists who saw the body or commented on the x-rays and photos suggest, the remains will still show evidence of this. So why hasn't Brown's body been exhumed? The ONLY reason I can think of is that the Bush administration and RNC are just as dirty as the Clinton administration and DNC.
