Go find it yourself. It was a state inside the Ottoman Empire for many years. Then it was a colony of England.
The question was, has "palestine" ever been a country. You've just proven, in your way, that it wasn't.

It never -- even once (for one second) -- existed as a sovereign state. It was originally a label that the Romans put on the area of Israel as a punishment for Israel's rebellion against Rome (in their fight for independence).
It's as much a country as a lake is a country or a name of a hill is a country or a river is a country. The Romans destroyed Israel and labeled it that way.
It was never a colony of England. The entire region (more than Israel) was a protectorate under the League of Nations and England had supervision over it, until such time as a governing entity could be put into place. That governing entity was Israel (and a collection of other countries around it, too).
There was never a Palesine citizen, a Palestine embassy, a Palestine King or ruler or President or Prime Minister. There was never a Palestine Navy, Army, Air Force -- or even dog or camel patrol...
It's a totally non-existant country and non-existant people (as a nation). They are an invention of Islam propaganda, in the effort to destroy Israel.
