...JOHNNY CHUNG had been brought to Court over his 3,000 hrs CHINA-GATE Probation Sentence brought by this Judge, that he has completed over 2,000 hrs of in 2 years, because his new Probation Supervising CAL-TRANS was refusing to assign him the Work that would finish his Probation Sentence. Confusing...? Not where CHINA-GATE and the Democrats in California State Government are concerned.
...Enter Judicial Watch's Judge Monitoring Program Manager and Former Los Angeles Prosecutor STERLING "ERNIE" NORRIS who filed to become JOHNNY's Associate Attorney to literally sit alongside his present Democrat FootSoldier Attorney BRIAN SUN..at JOHNNY's request.

This had put JOHNNY CHUNG in the Middle ...probably by design ..as it stopped him from being assigned the Community Service Work he needed to do in order to finish his 3,000 hrs Probation ..earning him a trip to Los Angeles Federal Court. A Probation which is 7.5 times Federal Probation Guidlines as assigned by Judge REAL.
...A Good Crowd of 30 or 40 people was on hand in Court of JOHNNY's Supporters from his Church -&- YMCA he did Community Service in, his Family, Friends, Talk Radio Listeners -&- Freepers 'goldilucky' -&- 'ALOHA RONNIE' ...to support his and Judicial Watch's Fight for CHUNG's continued Freedom.

Actually I do, especially when it comes to their work during the Clinton years. Over and over they discovered criminal activities when NOONE else was even looking. In fact, it is only because of Judicial Watch's efforts that we know about Chinagate. Their efforts in Filegate were also very important. I challenge you to show that Klayman lied in either of those instances in any press release he issued. Prove that Klayman was unreliable during this timeframe. Otherwise, we might be forced to wonder why you are so interested in smearing Chung while making Brown out to be something that he definitely was not.
Now if they had a copy of her deposition where Nolanda Hill is actually on record saying this, I would find that very pursuasive. Get me that and I'll print off this thread and eat it.
What? Are you suggesting that Judicial Watch did not file the petition as their press report states? Well they did ... at least according to WorldNetDaily on THURSDAY FEBRUARY 12 1998. Go look it up. And if Klayman's petition contained a lie then don't you think that three-judge panel would have severely repremanded him? Lawyers are not supposed to knowingly lie you know. Sounds to me like you just don't like Klayman or Judicial Watch. I wonder why. Maybe for the same reason you don't like Chung. And for the record, the statement that Nolanda testified that Brown told Clinton he intended to enter a plea agreement with the federal prosecutor and testify against the Administration was also carried by Ruddy (Newsmax). But then you STILL haven't bothered to look through any of the sources I provided, have you?

Frankly, in following this exchange I'd begun wondering the same thing(s) concerning this person's tack myself.
Sorry Ronnie, I need a primary source. Its been stated here a number of times that Nolanda Hill made this claim in her deposition. I would consider that deposition a much more reliable piece of evidence than a Larry Klayman press release.
I am lacking tack because I ask for a better source than Larry Klayman? A man who has sued his own mother?
