I am furious at the attempt to pin this on the "right-wing." Usama's aide was just charged in the embassy bombings, a man who lived in Texas. The militant Muslim presence within our country is now established. An hour at the computer visiting Muslim chat rooms and newsletters show that these guys dislike all the infidels, the Capitalists, but blame the "liberal secular" culture more for corrupting their young. Yesterday, Ritter and Alex Brody of the BBC Newshour were also theorizing that it was the militia movement. Ritter is the ex-weapons inspector calling for the end of sanctions against Iraq.

The rather frightening situation is that it could be any number of groups behind the anthrax mail. It could be crackpot political right-wingers, crackpot right-wing “end-timers”, hard-core Marxist/Communist “revolutionaries”, anarchists, cultists we don’t yet know about, or crazy Islamic Arabs.
