I hope the Northern Alliance is prepared for sabotage and spying. You know the Al Quada and the Taliban will be sending sleepers.

I can't help but think we're going to do what we always do since World War II - tell people we back them and then leave them high and dry in the end (Vietnam, Somalia, Lebanon, Kurdistan) etc. Then we let the people we betrayed come live in America. Flame me but I'm rapidly losing faith our ability to continue my father's generation legacy.

If we screw these guys like we did the Hmong, we will never be trusted again. The world is watching closely.

What did we do to the Hmong? The Twin Cities are FULL of Hmong. They must not hate us too badly.

We left a lot of them behind to face the wrath of the North Vietnamese. We've dragged out paying compensation for years.
