It is incredible that our government is permitting thousands of Arabs and Moslems (estimated 250,000 this year alone) to enter our country with virtually no controls.
There are thousands of enemy infiltrators among them. Trained assassins awaiting instructions from their leaders.
The Bin Laden training manuals explicitly calls for infiltration of the enemy countries, integration into their structures, and preparation for sabotage and murder.
We must not allow our politicians to ignore this threat to our survival.
Insist that your Congressman votes for an immediate cessation of immigration and visitations from the Middle East, and for citizens of those nations arriving from third countries.

You seem to have a problem distinguishing between "guests" and "citizens". The former are not citizens or permanent residents and thus stay here at the discretion of our government. Two, for whatever reason, PC people like you seem willing to run the high risks of another 9/11 rather than hurt of feelings of visiting Muslims in America. I am sure this is music to OBL's ears. In fact, capitalizing on this appeasing sentiment in America is very much part of the Muslim Terrorist plans as they go about conducting their murderous operations.
Regrettably, from what I can see, chronic appeasers such as yourself are going to get your way, at least for the time being, because our country is so saturated with political correctness we have lost much of our survival instincts. If, however, America experiences more 9/11 type terrorist assaults (and this Anthrax thing might be one of them) the people of this country will demand and force the deportation of these people and the politicians eager to save their jobs will comply. Tell me: Didn't you learn anything from that “Jihad in America” documentary or the web-sites of the San Diego University Student Muslim Association? And tell me that those students don't provide aid, resources and support for the network of terrorists here.
Well, where to begin? The Alien & Sedition Acts were repealed the election of Thomas Jefferson, so they were never tested in Supreme Court. But there are plenty of opinions as to their lack of constitutionality. You might start with the Kentucky Resolutions, drafted by Thomas Jefferson,, or the Virginia Resolutions, drafted by James Madison. There are also many law review articles on the subject.
There have been Bostonians contributing to the cause of the IRA, and I have seen several White Supremacist videos that make my skin crawl.
Those fomenting violence on that video should be watched closely, and/or simply deported for that reason alone.

I think that suitcase nukes have not been used so far, and some have assured us that he has them, is because of the retalitory nuclear strikes that would rain down on Ben Ladins head. If it is known that he is captured or dead, I think all bets will be off.
Secondly, the Alien and Sedition Acts violated the Bill of Rights in another way; the Alien Enemies Law contrasted with the sixth amendment, which is written in this way: In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the assistance of Counsel for his defence. Of the seven rights guaranteed a person by this amendment, the Alien Enemies Law disallowed six. Someone accused of suspicious behavior while in wartime, who comes from the country against which America is warring, is guaranteed no speedy and public trial. Neither would he be granted an impartial jury, nor confrontation with witnesses, nor process for obtaining witnesses, nor counsel for his defense. This law gave the president the power to simply dictate the expulsion of political dissenters at will. This is a clear violation of the Constitution, and to uphold it would, as the Sedition Law would, undermine the very foundation of the government.

The Criminal Investigators in Phoenix, and probable elsewhere, have been instructed to ignore or let loose any illegal alien they come into contact with, unless the subject is on the FBI watch list.
