[history]
October 15, 2001 -- PORTLAND, Maine - Isanu Dyson, a fifth-generation American who converted to Islam three years ago, is prepared to join the jihad against the United States, and believes government workers are fair targets. The 24-year-old Maine resident, who carries a dagger and 3-foot sword, told The Post it would be "noble" to enlist with the Taliban and fight against American soldiers in Afghanistan.

Dyson, who spoke from his apartment in Portland, / Dyson, who is unemployed, These two statements tell me one of two things, either this guy is independently wealthy (in which case he owes this country some allegiance for creating a system/society which allowed him to acquire said wealth) or ,2: He is on the dole.( in which case he owes this country his very day to day existence! Either way he is an ingrate, scumbag which needs his a$$ kicked out.

So he wants to be an Afghan; he does favor that breed.
I propose we take up a collection and buy him a ticket!

If he leaves the country, who will take over his responsibilities operating DUh.com?

Looks like he's wearing his Groucho Marx nose and glasses. Or is he dressed early for Halloween?

According to the Koran Moslem males must grow their beards but shave off their pubic hair. That is not a joke on my part, its the word of Allah as revealed to Muhammed and recorded in the Koran.

The guy is clearly nuts. It gets lonely in the North Country. But there's more than one of these people cropping up these daysI agree that this guy is nuts. He has traitorous ideas in any case.
But mass hysteria is a form of mental illness as well. This guy should be investigated to see if he has committed any crimes. If he hasn't, he should be taken seriously and watched. Having said that, what we represent as Americans is his right to say anything, no matter how controversial. Popular ideas need no protection, it is exactly these unpopular statements which are the subject of the first amendment. People on this thread have advocated all manner of unamerican things for him in the name of americanism.

Gee, wouldn't it suck if someone carried out a hate crime against him. BTW, when people in the miliary take the oath to protect the constitution from enemies both foreign and domestic, what does the domestic part mean? A coup?

I think Mr. Dyson needs to be put on the next military flight to the Middle East. That's the least we can do for him. It would be a shame if something were to happen to him on the flight over, but hey, accidents happen.
