There is only one way to heaven. Through Jesus Christ. If God is telling you to become a catholic, by all means, go for it. It's one huge mission field.

This "many paths, one destination" stuff is deception.

I think the other Christians are saying that you can accept Jesus as your savior and follow him in any of the Christian churches. Its still only 'one way' (Jesus), but as a member of a different earthly church community. What I am suggesting is different in that Jews believe that the righteous of all nations will be with God.
