I want the people responsible for mailing these spores to be caught immediately. If they can't be caught, then what's the point of the Homeland Defense Dept.? The Homeland Defense Dept. is part of the reason they have not been caught. Too much jockying around for power between agencies. This kind of thing should have been left to the Postal Inspectors. They are after all the experts in crimes involving the mail.
I am also afraid the Homeland Defense Dept. is going to result in the merging of all the Federal enforcement units into a monolithic Federal Police Force / Gestapo.

If Homeland Defense means protecting Muslims from hate crimes and lying to the American public about the threats and risks, then just dismantle the bureaucracy.
I am hearing new reports about how the hijackers violated rules and laws over and over again, yet were never prosecuted or sent home. I don't hear any reports of visa violators from the mid-east being rounded up and shipped back home now. What are we waiting for?

I am thinking this new anthrax development points to a German neo-Nazi involvement in the anti-America terrorism trend. I think a core group of the same folks who are behind the international opium growing, heroin processing, smuggling and selling operation are also working together to attack the United States. They are also connected with arms sales.
Have any of the European anthrax scares tested positive yet?
Sheeeesh! Now NY Gov. Pataki's office is anthrax contaminated, too.

I've lost track of what the trends are
when I lived in the East Village of Lower Manhattan
there were so many people on the streets at all times
it was like watching a fashion show
I used to watch all the trends as they came in
the last fashion I remember (I left 10 years ago)
the girls were all wearing their underwear
Tucson doesn't have streetlife
I just go to the Mall and buy myself whatever is pretty and comfortable
and makes me happy to wear it

The drug cartels are first and formost businessmen. They don't want to kill off their customers, and they sure don't want people afraid of white powder. If they were behind it you can bet the powder would be a different color.
Iraq, The US and Russia are the only three powers to have succesfull weaponized Anthrax like that in Dashole's office.
We can be pretty sure it comes from Sadam. Osama has a network here to distribute it for him, so why would he bother with untrustworthy non Islamic neo Nazis?
Islamic Fundamentalists hate list is the same as the Anthrax hit list; Women's Lib, Homosexuals, Free Press, Freedom of Religion. They have a perfect motive to be ding this, and the targets are just the ones you would expect them to hit.

Now they are saying the previous reports that the anthrax spores in Daschle's mail were highly refined were false, and it is just ordinary anthrax, but a lot of it. Grrrrr. This is not building confidence.
My server pooped out before I got that tif e-mailed to you - but the answer to your question is yes.
