Isn't 'neither' singular? Not in the popular press, apparently. Correct grammar, OTOH -- now *that's* singular!

Thank you. Perhaps the usage was suggested by Souter or Breyer. (An aside: To my mind Souter's opinions are needlessly wordy, while Breyer tends to repeat himself a bit less.)

They completely ignore the fact that all of the recounts went to Bush anyway, so that makes the SC ruling moot.

This was part of a well-orchestrated camopaign to rehabilitate Al Gore and to destroy and diminish George W. Bush.
It was temporarily interupted by the events of Sept. 11th.
Kapln is so biased & has such a brazen agenda, I wrote to Newsweek and set them straight citing Bill Sammon's excellent book
"At Any Price: How Al Gore Tried to Steal the Election."
Newsweek, like Time, U.S. News and the Wash. Post and the NY Times, is just another arm of the Democrat Party.
They don't care about the truth, only promoting leftist propaganda.

Heard Kalb on the radio one day last week. Trying to rewrite history. Essentially saying that altho Monica DIDN'T lie, she said she liked to fantasize so she MIGHT have been lying so the media shouldn't have reported anything that had Monica as the source. My guess is that this book will die aborning, along with the media re re re recount of the votes that weren't ever counted by the machines.

Oh yes, I should have said again. They are getting desperate. It's pretty pathetic.

If they were interested in the truth, they wouldn't be engaged in this blatant disinformation campaign.

Of course the democrats are making things up. The title alone of this book is a lie. President Bush was constitutionally elected, legally elected, and morally elected to the Presidency. The only illegitimate thing that went on during and after the election was done by Al Gore. He lost the election after the first mandatory recount, and just went wild and couldn't stop counting and scheming of ways to steal the election.
The Democrats have tried to rewrite history already and are lying about who was stealing what in Florida!

Are the democraps making sh*t up now? They make everything up. As a matter of fact they made themselves up. They're all a bunch of phoney clones trying to impersonate human beings.
