Question; is a fixed-in-place background a browser-specific feature (like, say, marquee)? If so, I doubt it'll be included in a general-release version. If not, then why not give it a shot.

Its ignored if the browser doesnt understand it. I love it and i know NS 6.1 and ie6 understands it.
