I just received word from a source in U.S. District Court that Judge Manuel Real ruled that Johnny Chung can finish his community service hours - WITHOUT SPECIAL RULES that had been imposed on him by the (obviously Dem.) Probation Officers who had it in for Johnny! Way to go Judicial Watch's Ernie Norris who wrote up the way Brian Sun presented the case to Judge Real!! Way to go Judge Real!! (I hope Judge Real takes the probation officers into his chambers and gives them what for!!) Thank you to all the prayer warriors on Johnny's behalf.

My source told me that there were about 25 - 30 people there in court for Johnny. The only thing I didn't hear was whether Judge Real gave him back the 623 hours that the Probation Officers had taken away over some specious notion. It was outrageous that the Judge had told the Probation Officers in March to go check out the facts of Johnny's hours and the Probation Officers didn't tell Johnny that they had "disallowed" the hours until AUGUST - 8 months later (probably hoping that the Judge would forget)! To quote Aloha Ronnie: NEVER FORGET!!

The jerks in the Probation Office have kept Johnny for over 11 months from being able to complete his 3,000 community service hours! If they had allowed all his hours and given him assignments during those 11 months, his community service would have been completed by now! I really hope the Judge (for which he's famous) reams them out good! The Judge also told the Probation Officers that they were NOT to impose any special conditions on Johnny (thus impeding and preventing him from performing his community service hours!!) but were to treat him as they treat all other probationers - equally. Good on you, Judge Real!!

GO JUDICIAL WATCH GO!! GO ERNIE NORRIS GO!! GO JOHNNY CHUNG GO!!

When Aloha Ronnie returns from court, I am sure he will give us a complete run-down on what transpired this morning. Thank you, Aloha Ronnie, for being our eyes and ears in court! Aloha and mahalo!! miss print

You'll never know how nice it was to hear some good news before this week was through.
I'm sure JChung's relieved beyond words, himself.

Hey, thanks kid.

I think our prayers were answered. There were about thirty people observing the hearing. I was there to give my support and had the opportunity to meet Mr. Chung for the first time.

I hope the judge reams those probation officers really good.
