...At 9:00 AM, this coming Friday, Oct. 19th, in U.S. District Court Dept 8, at 321 S. Spring St., Los Angeles, California...
...Federal Court Judge Manuel Real will decide whether or not now ChinaGate Fall Guy JOHNNY CHUNG will have his Probation taken away from him and be put into a half-way house or home detention = No Livelihood for the CHUNG Family for 6 months.
...This for the "crime" of keeping track of his own community service hours for CAL-TRANS ...to keep things straight as the State of California's CAL-TRANS sets him up for a Fall = Failure, not Success, in finishing his 3,000 hrs of Community Service ChinaGate Sentence, of which over 2,000 hrs were completed ...in only 2 years. Mr. CHUNG is guilty only of being conscientious ...which is NOT a crime.
...Seems JOHNNY's probation officers haven't given him any new work assignments for the last 8 months as they now say that he hasn't done any hours to finish his community service ...so he should be put away...!
JOHNNY CHUNG is the ONLY ChinaGate figure to come clean and to right his ChinaGate wrongs publically before the American People while those that haven't have been treated with kid gloves by our Judicial System.
ChinaGate's JOHN HUANG was sentenced to just 300 hours community service..In America.. and his Boss JAMES RIADY just 400 hours of community service ..In Indonesia.. while JOHNNY was sentenced by Federal Judge Real to 3,000 hrs over 2 years ago ..7.5 Times the Maximum Amount for Federal Probation Guidelines.
...We need all the Freepers -&- Prayer Warriors with us we can get to be in court next Friday ...along with his Church Members and the YMCA he did Community Service for who will be there on his behalf ...to show Judge Real the very real Community Support JOHNNY CHUNG has for his demonstrated Courage.
...As always, anyone who shows up in Federal Court should be in business attire and respectful of the court.

The President may have felt it necessary to "move on" from this...but he should be reminded that there are MANY who are still persecuted for doing nothing more than telling the truth!
