As a matter of fact, it was Embassy Suites.

But I have to tell you, I don't think a letter to the bunch responsible for operating this organization will do much good.
Just from our one weekend experience?
IMO they're so screwed-up, they're beyond hope.
In fact?
CNN & ESs make an excellent team for establishing a new low standard of, "How Things Should Not Be Done."
This outfit wins that dubious distinction, hands-down.

Which explains why we'll spend our next $200 p/night jaunt to the big city elsewhere in the future.
The Capitalist system at work.

I would still encourage you to give your feedback to them. If they don't know what the problem is, how can they fix it? I'm a BIG believer in using well-written customer service or consumer complaint letters to get the message through. My letters, often sent to CEOs, have apparently been good enough to warrant those CEOs actually making personal calls back to me, thanking me for my efforts to let them know.
