News/Current Events Source: Fox News Channel Published: 10/11/01 Author: Carl cameron and Linda Vester Posted on 10/11/01 8:00 PM Pacific by dep Just broadcast: Carl Cameron has obtained intercepted communications from among terrorist cells.
These indicated that just before the September attack, terrorists were arguing whether to bring Osama in on an attack they had planned in Europe, one arguing that Osama was busy with something else, much, much bigger. He also cited a communique in which there was discussion of huge caches of "unimaginable" weapons in the caves near Kandahar, which the money men came to see as part of learning Osama's plans -- that they hated America. Many of the weapons, according to the intercepted communication, came from China. Cameron reported that the terrorists in the exchange have been arrested, one just yesterday. Linda Vester said that they had not broadcast the entire series of communiques they had received. White as a sheet and truly frightened, she said mentioned poison attacks following an attack on Afghanistan, "well, poison and a number of other weapons." Vester has been round the block and doesn't rattle easily, and she sounded absolutely terrified. dep

You have the humility of Dubya, aka George the Osama-slayer. Bet he's not much of a speller either. (But who cares.)

Oh, yes. Lancaster Ian will be shown and taught all of everything I know: self-sufficiancy, honor, integrity, trustworthiness, and how to shoot straight and true.

Thanks for the compliments toward my Son. A future FReeper...

Thanks, and...

I've been dreaming of the skinning, gutting and tearing apart of terrorists via my bare hands and teeth for orphaning and killing our babies.

I always seem to awake with a smile...

I was totally with you up to the last paragraph which was confusing.
I will pray for my enemies after they are dead.
We may be suspicious of the Chinese, but might I humbly suggest that we fight one war at a time?

WHICH REPLY?

The longer one was more about China issues directly. The short last one was--if we did as the replier suggested and bombed east of the Yellow River primarily--how many nukes would that take. How many would we have left for the folk I listed last? We may not have the option of one war at a time.

Sorry, I was referring to the first, longer one.
Re: the number of nukes on your second comment. Rest easy, there less than 100 targets of any meaning in the M.E.
Even with our 80% reduction in warheads (which can be reversed), that still leaves nearly all forces intact.
Plenty to have a healthy response to PRC. Russia if need be, but I don't think we'll have trouble there.
The others are frankly irrelevant. See FAS

Depending on what Bush is doing unknown to the average person to rebuild our defenses . . . renewing or adding to nukes could take time we may not have when things begin to more rapidly escalate. . .

Sounds like those prayers for wisdom and wise actions need to be redoubled.

Much appreciate your knowledgeable and insightful inputs.
