And with that, my days of Freeping are over. I believe that the owner of this forum has the right to have things the way he wants them. No argument comes from me on that one.

However, if I post an article with someone else's title, and specifically state whose title it is, I do not think that the thread should be pulled. I would venture to say that the people of the forum should decide for themselves if a title such as that was appropriate.

But it's not my call.

I agree that this site should be able to stand on it's own without a bunch of PC crap, but If I quit, I would get to bed before 2am and I wouldn't know what to do with more than 4 hrs sleep. So I guess I will just keep lurkin and postin.

P.S. Come back when you get over it. We need all the ideas we can get. Most have interesting thoughts even if I disagree.

I agree with you that there was nothing wrong with the article itself.

I also agree with Jimrob for pulling it.

Since FR is considered a radical conservative forum by the left it would only give them ammo for FR to have an article with the "N" word anywhere in it!

rdb3, this is one of those things that we need to stay together on. You certainly see that article title as something totally different than I would. The *N* word has become a tool for one side to silence another, often justifiably so, but sometimes, like maybe in this case, not.

This is not worth leaving the forum over. I hope you change your mind. I was looking forward to our first Freep event together (which should be in November, btw). I'm not taking you off my e-mail list, so don't think you can just say you're gone and I'll forget about you.
