"Believers! wage war against such of the infidels as are your neighbours, and let them find you rigorous: and know that God is with those who fear him." (Sura 9:124). "O Prophet! make war on the infidels and hypocrites, and deal rigorously with them. Hell shall be their abode! and wretched the passage to it!" (Sura 66:9). These above are the words of the Koran. THESE ARE THE WORDS OF JESUS CHRIST -- HOW TO TREAT AN ENEMY "Ye have heard that it hath been said, Thou shalt love thy neighbour, and hate thine enemy. But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you." [Matthew 5:43-44; Emphasis added]
These instructions to love is one reason Jesus' message is called the Good News, i.e., the Gospel.
