The enemy amongst us!
History
Posted on 10/08/2001 2:33:15 AM PDT by Blake#1
Somewhere in history, an enemy/army approaches a city/nation to conquer it. The General leading the army says he has 4 columns of troops to win the battle. One column will come from the north, the other from the south, another from the east and west. However, he says that his column within the city/nation, his 5th column, will be the reason for his victory.
TOPICS: Announcements; Your Opinion/Questions
KEYWORDS:
During WWII the 5th column represented traitors in the USofA. Disloyal citizens/people working for the enemy. ready to strike when needed.

The use of biological weapons dates back to 1346 when the Mongols catapulted Black Plague infected dead corpses into the military forts of the Crimea.

Man's inhumanity to man is abiding. Thanks for the history refresher.

It really doesn't matter who is fighting who or what for. Those who object to all the contrived (and they ARE contrived) wars in the world know there is a much bigger picture, with much bigger players.
This has less to do with terrorism than it does with pride, power, money, and the politics of the elite.
ALL wars are a disgrace. We have learned nothing it seems since Cain slew Abel.
May God forgive us all. - Jesse.

So, who contrived this one, and do you oppose it?

It only takes ONE bully to pick a fight. It only takes ONE robber to kill a shopkeeper. It only takes ONE country to start a war.

Who contrived it? TPTB, - Not at the governmental level either. The REAL "money people." In another time we'd have called them The Scardo Society. Now we call them The Elite. Does it matter?
It should only matter that they *are* contrived and why.
And yes, I disapprove of this and ALL man made wars, - not that the world is thirsting for my opinion!
In Christ, - Jesse.
