Buy the way.... I was wondering..... What was the Outcome of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA) biennial Churchwide Assembly meeting last August 8-14? According to DallasNews.Com, one of the items on the agenda was an issue of approving same sex marriages and remove a ban on noncelibate gay and lesbian clergy that was said to be discriminatory.

I know....That was low. My main point here is that we can sit around here all day and slam each others Christian beliefs, everyone will take it personally, and then we end up giving Mr. Bin Laden another victory by letting him create further divisiveness.
I am not a Catholic, but I was married one. After a lot of conversations between me and my wife, she left the Catholic Church. I presented her, individually, with the facts. At least got her to be open minded about. We checked into some different denominations, and found one that was Bible teaching (no new age feel good stuff). After a few services, where everything he told was backed up by scripture, she decided to leave the Catholic Church
When I first started talking with her, I was guilty of "Attacking" her Religion, and found it didn't work. Only when I approached her thru love and concern, and armed with the truth, was any ground gained.
