You are not the only one having trouble understanding bump lists ..... a lot of us "oldies" are confused about it, too. I'll tell you what little I know and maybe someone else will come along and fill in more details.
For starters, bookmark (on your hard drive ... in my browser that means adding it to my favorites) this URL:

You can then go to that site to find all the topics for which there is a bump list. Click on the topic you're interested in and all the FR threads on that topic will be listed.

Now's the time to set a place for them in our hearts' ... for evermore ... that their voices are never stilled ...
As life goes on ... let those memories of those dear voices join in your Thanksgiving *prayers* ... for they surely know the words ....

My Mom always liked the leg ... Dad ... the skin holding the stuffing ... and NO one could make a sweet potato pie like my Aunt Anita ... as my dear brother, gone now ... used to say ... as he crammed his portion under the table ~~~ never to be seen again ... 'cause it was awful, really, but we all loved Aunt Anita so ....
God BLESS the U.S. ... our ARMED FORCES ... and EACH and EVERY ONE OF US!!!!

You know what they are ... as simple as a kite flying high on your 6th birthday ... or the day you held your first born ... or lost someone near to you ... or found someone you thought you had lost ...
