In any event, is there any way to add a feature to FR that gives a brief synopsis of the FReepers who are no longer with us? JimRob, BobJ...does this sound do-able? I mean, I feel like I know CHIEF negotiator a lot better now than I did while he was alive...maybe if we came to appreciate those who are no longer with us, we'd appreciate our current FReeper FRiends even more, without exposing their actual identities to the NUTCASES who wish our efforts to fail.

That's just it, Mud!
You hit upon something that's been bothering me.
We have so many people now on FR and so much info to try to assimilate, that we don't get to know each other.
Only in retrospect do we get to know what wonderful people they really are because there are threads devoted to them.
I don't know any solution, but I'm going to try to do a better job of getting to know people before something like this happens.
I knew CHIEF because we FReeped each other and because we both were Marines.
But there are a lot of wonderful people on FR with whom I don't have those ties who contribute a lot to my life.
It's to those that I'd like to say, "Thank you for being here."
