Somebody should knock Sharon's jaw loose and tell him who's been keeping his country from being overrun. Your maturity and mindset are evident. If you want to delude yourself, I doubt there is anything I can say to change your mind. However, you are deluding yourself.

Why don't we all just admit it, the US Capitol should be in Tel Aviv. The Tel Aviv Times (LA Times) covers middle east issues predominantly. Anyone want to deny the following fact (look it up on NEXIS for those reading who knee-jerk into a Sharptonian response about my anti-Semitism):
Bill Clinton received the MAJORITY of his campaign funding from:
1. The American Israel Political Action Committee
2. The Trial Lawyers Association
Do the math, look in mirror, as yourself if you are honest and humble enough to accept the facts, then read Sharon's "we're on our own statement".
Perhaps (and I don't want to believe it), but perphaps there is more than a grain of truth to the theory that Israel is an arrogant, selfish, ungrateful partner who when push comes to shove, will sell the US down the river to achieve their goals. Disagree? If so, move on to Jonathan Pollard and ask him!

The US is the brunt of all Arab hatred SIMPLY because we support Israel, then they decide to roll in the tanks after agreeing to peace.
I never said I supported the Palestinians....actually I support neither! Anyone who uses religion as an excuse for war and cowardly attacks should be eliminated, regardless if it is Israel, Palestine, Syria, Iran, Iraq, etc. I could care less about either cause, and have always believed that the only way to have peace in the middle east is to use the solution we gave to Japan.

duh, our washington DC bureaucrats better get their head out of their rectum, Sharon is right on the money, we are dealing with evil animals that want to exterminate US. They had better start listening to Netanyahu (sp?) also. That man knows exactly what we are up against. Sadly, I am afraid it will take another attack of major proportions for our pols to get their heads out of the sand and do what really needs to be done....

A lot of people talk about supporting our friends. What about supporting our President? What about it? Should we just all shut up and not point out when we think the President is making a mistake?
We have a straight-talking, honest, good man as a President. People second-guessing him here (not you, but others) make me wonder if I am reading a Democrat's web site.
Your lust to stiffle other's opinions makes me wonder if you are really a Democrat.
I support the President's statements and policies, as I believe they are made in the interests of our country.
But others do not. If that's not OK with you, too bad. Bush is President. That doesn't mean he is right all the time.
President Bush needs our support, not our division.
Then perhaps he should reassess his position. I, for one, will not stand by him while he kowtows to terrorist regimes and diverts our attention from the real enemy by pushing our friends around. Israel has experience with terrorism and we can and should help each other, instead of crossing swords.

Well, I'm a huge Bush supporter as well, both with my time and with my money. But, his Arab coalition is falling apart around us, Uzbekistan is saying they will only allow one air base for search and rescue missions,,,,,,Saudi says zero bases............Bush response to that is: we are happy with these allies and getting everything we want (yeah friggin right) I have 2 large towers in NYC to sell you.
To the Israelis, total allies: the response to a STATEMENT about not forgetting that groups that kill Israelis are also terrorists -------the response is
UNACCEPTABLE?

Sorry Ari, but Sharon is right on the money. If we are going to screw our real friends to pacify our questionable fair weather friends, it will be to our everlasting sorrow. Just beared repeating..........

Do you respect George Bush, the President of the United States, and will you continue to support him even if our policies in the middle east embrace Arabs? Yes, I respect him, but no I will not support him if he embraces terrorist regimes.
Are you an American or are you something else?
Well, if being an American means blindly supporting something which I feel is morally wrong, then I guess I'm something else according to you.

Why is it when 70 to 90% of the public agrees on something the support of Israel, the government is 180 degrees against it? Arab money?
To: Tauzero
We don't need you Israel!!! Yes, we do. We give them billions because it is in our best interests to do so. Otherwise, if Israel was not given an incentive to listen to us and our needs, you might be paying $20 a gallon for oil.

It is being made more and more clear by the Bush Terrorist statements of we will find you and get rid of you and all the countries supporting terrorist groups will get the same treatment, is another read my lips statement. When our State Dept. constantly runs down our #1 ally Israel. Bush is setting up control of both houses and the White House to be Democrap for the next decade.
