Breaking news on FNC--a 63 year old man from Palm Beach County is in critical condition with anthrax
Farmers and the DNR would have already picked up on it. To get it while hunting, you have to be butchering an infected animal. He had no characteristic external signs, ie. black lesions. This case is from inhaled stuff. He wasn't fluffing the fur of an infected wild animal.
Have you heard the story about how colloidal silver allegedly turns people blue? If not, you probably will, so here is some good information which will enable you to form an educated perspective.
Where are the blue people, if it were true that people turn blue from too much or improperly formulated colloidal silver? where are the documented cases? For many years now, literally millions of people have been using colloidal silver daily, don't you think the result of their turning blue would by now have become a big issue? As it stands there are only a few detractors making big efforts to site a case or two from the past, what they neglect to make clear is that these cases involve "Silver Nitrate: or other similar compounds and not colloidal silver produced through current technology.
In order for particles to become lodged within tissue the particles would have to be larger than the bodies transport system, and other tissue components. "The capillary lumen of the human body is 4-9 microns." Much larger than colloidal silver particles.
The term Argyria describes the condition of a bluish gray color of the skin, and Argyosis the bluing of the eye white, resulting from the use of SILVER COMPOUNDS. To better understand the misunderstanding regarding Argyria, I will quote from the book "the Micro Silver bullet" by Dr. M. Paul Farber 1996 page XII (ISBN 1-887742-00-X)
In reference to a "Journal of American Medical Association article, October 18 1995, volume 274 # 15," where cases of Argyria were cited to have been caused by silver compounds (not colloidal silver)
"These Case history presentations represent biased and unprofessional writing. The author's apparent inability to understand the difference between a silver nitrate, sulfide, or other silver compound demonstrates their lack of understanding basic chemical properties. The matrix, substrate, and particle size are all critical to the varied functions and reactions with use of these products."
Further on the same page.
"That is why there has not been a single case of Argyria from a properly manufactured modern day colloidal sliver product. The cases of Argyria reported in the 1920's and 1930's resulted because the technology of the day was unable to produce a colloidal silver product with a small enough particle size." Ref. (4-A)
The reported cases of Argyria usually involve very high and frequent doses of silver salts/compounds such as Silver sulfate, silver nitrate or silver chloride.
More than you ever wanted to know about blue skin.

Apparently my guess was wrong. However, the point was that it was much more likely a terrorist than a victim of a terrorist action. So who is being alarmist?
Personally I made my own colloidal silver, it was 10ppm which is supposed to be enough for protection from viruses. What I made would last about one week then the silver would fall out of the distilled water. I was taking 2 ounces three times a day for months, before the colloidal silver would fall out, I would drink 8 ounces at a time easy. My color never changed. I don't know what this woman did with her nose drops or what the ppm's were, but it looks like a serious case of drug abuse.
There will be more all the time. All "isolated incidents", too.
Lantana is roughly 60 miles from Miami and you take I-95 to get there.
Just picking my nits, waiting for the infection to set in...
Guys, it wouldn't be one if it were an attack. It would be hundreds.
Taking an antibiotic when it is not needed is more harmful than helpful. Please don't do it.
This guy probably got it from a leaky container somewhere he had been. Since it was airborne, maybe as he was going down the hwy. following a transport vehicle, or they're storing it somewhere in his neighborhood where the wind would pick it up. They ought to be trying to locate the source. Since he was 63, it wouldn't take much to infect him. If there's no other cases in NC, or along the route, it's probably in his neighborhood, or nearby.
Well we learned in the election they had their heads up their asses. I suppose they could have them up their cattle just as well....

A physician/expert on MSNBC tonight stated the last documented case of inhalation anthrax in the U.S was in 1976. This latest case is inhalation anthrax. You should be more careful with the accuracy of your information you post.
Anthrax is not a virus, it is a bacteria.
