Who could forget Safety Dance, Enya's Orinoco Flow, YES, the Police, Thompson Twins, Modern English, Psychedelic Furs, Fine Young Cannibals, the early days of 10,000 Maniacs, old R.E.M, Billy Bragg, the Pogues, I could go on and on...

I remember the dawn of music video as it's own media...MTV and TBS' Night Tracks... Nah, Night Flight on USA was way cooler!
NBC's Friday Night Videos was cool too. I remember them playing "Maniac" by Micheal Simbello (sp?) and dancing around like I was Jennifer Beals! LOL!
