Interesting that this is a SECDEF mission and not a state mission. If there were coalition-building left to be done, it would probably be done via the state department. I have the feeling that Rumsfeld is going over there to tell them (1) how it's going to be executed (2) that they are going to shut up and like it.

I've been expecting Cheney and/or Rumsfeld to telephone me any day now seeking my advice but so far I haven't received their call. It must mean that they are either very busy or my voice-mail isn't working. ;-)
