One thing to consider is that the "Black September" organization was formed in memory of the war in which King Hussein kicked the PLO out of Jordan in September, 1970.
Yet, the Black September organization went after Israelis, not Jordanians, at the Munich Olympics in 1972.
Clearly they hate Jews more than they hate those who kill and kick them out of their own country at gunpoint.
The PLO, with Syrian connivance, tried hijacking Jordan. They failed, and were made to pay for their treachery.
