Okay, she did not say forced conversion. She said, "convert them to Christianity" which is not the same thing as "forcing" them to do anything. That is just a Christian term and not offensive if you understand the meaning.

I was about to say something similar. ALL people who become Christians are converted from something else. Conversion does not require force and a true Christian conversion comes about because of the love, mercy and grace of God. Believers who are involved in an unbeliever's conversion are God's instruments as living witnesses through their loving concern, support and prayers. Hardly the idea of 'forced conversion'. Nevertheless, I think Miss Coulter was being sarcastic, wanting to visit upon the Taliban that which they themselves do to those they conquer. She was just kinder by implication, for those who become Believers with Jesus as their Savior would gain Eternal Life, not what the Taliban wishes for us.
