www.danielpipes.com is
NOT his home page but try it and see what you get. Interesting!
http://www.danielpipes.org is his home page. I like what he has to say. It's interesting to see what the Islamic orgs had to say about him prior to WTC 911.

This man seems to know that of which he speaks. He has been wtching them for years and has tried to warn us about what happened 9-11. IMHO we are learning the hard way that those we considered tin foil hatters are now the mainstream.

Daniel Pipes stock, already high, just rose in my eyes.
Consider the source and look out your window at what was the WTC or the Pentagon.

Sooo what did he say that was incorrect??? NOTHING!! Radical Islam is the ANTI-Christ!!...imho.

Note the technique of this hit piece is very similar to the dirty politics of the Clinton administration.
If you doubt the intolerance of Islam, simply consider two elements of it:
1. Look at how they treat women. A dog has more rights than a woman in their societies.
2. In most countries which are predominately Muslim, there is zero tolerance for any other religion. Conversion from Islam to Christianity, for example, can be a death sentence!

Steve Emerson tried to warn us, too. He has written many articles with Daniel Pipes.
Here is a link the video of his program that was on PBS a few years ago called:
JIHAD IN AMERICA

Interesting. I had already marked Pipes as an interesting guy who should be read. I had seen one of his recent articles posted here. It was so good, I searched for more from him, wound up at his web page, which is now bookmarked.
I am not surprised he is disliked by CAIR; it is a plus for him for me.

Remember, CAIR is one of the groups that the Bush Administration has been holding out as an example of "moderate" American Muslims. Pipes has gone public exposing CAIR as a radical group posing as moderates. The fact that CAIR is now attacking Pipes tends to confirm Pipes' point.

Pipes has a page on his site demonstrating many of the out-of-context quotes and other deceptions CAIR engages in on "www.danielpipes.com."
To: dennisw
Daniel Pipes questioned CAIR's "moderate Muslim" stand on Fox news this week. He said that while they openly talk about "tolerance," behind the scenes they support the most radical fractions. It seems like they are doing damage control.

CAIR and the AMC are not Muslim civil right organizations but front groups that are essentially apologists for Islamist Nazism and other manifestations of extremist political Islam. The fact they've had to engage in character assassination of Daniel Pipes and Steven Emerson is a testament to the true nature. Neither Pipes or Emerson have ever attacked Islam or the millions of Muslims in America and the rest of the world to abide by the precepts of their faith and who don't hate the West or engage in terrorism. Both men have simply pointed out that their are certain groups in the U.S who seek to accord respectability to a singular totalitarian interpretation of Islam that seeks to impose its doctrines on non-Muslim peoples through terror, violence, and mass murder and cow Muslim peoples to a lifetime of perpetual tyranny and socio-economic deprivation. CAIR and the AMC and similar bodies in the U.S Muslim community play just such a role and what they don't like are very brave people calling them on what they're doing. And if criticizing Muslim excesses is being anti-Muslim then a lot of good and decent Americans can never be friends of any one who is a Muslim. In our democracy fair and friendly criticism is a way of reminding people who think America isn't as good to them as it could be is that this country is successful precisely because it tolerates a wide variety of views. Advocating terror, violence, mass murder, and the destruction of America should not be ones we should ever accept as respectable or legitimate views in our national discourse. Kudos to Pipes and Emerson for pointing out the appropriate limits by which our fellow Muslim citizens like the rest of their country men must abide.

I read recently that CAIR is telling all muslims in America not to cooperate with the authorities conducting investigations. In my opinion, CAIR should be dismantled. Then, all muslim and arab nationals here on visas, green cards, legally and otherwise, should be deported effective immediately.
