What's going on with the fonts?

What happened to the fonts around here? Seems when I look at responses, things are blockquoted and in an odd font.

I don't know if you are taking votes, but if the font is up for "vote", I would recommend Ariel 10 point.

My opinion is that serifed fonts are easier to read in print but non-serifed fonts are easier to read on a monitor. This is hard to read for large quantities of text.

I like the blockquote, but the default font has to be made smaller...otherwise awesome!

No one has to fix anyone else's tags; about 26 years ago, I had a general physical exam and the doctor said that the only thing wrong with me was that I had a small hemmorhoidal "tag," He didn't offer to "fix" it, because he said it was unimportant - I'm still not sure if he wasn't making a snide remark.
