Free speech for me, but not for you, because you don't agree with me. Liberal mantra. Heard it in the 60's and once again it rears its ugly, ugly, ugly head.

Maybe we should bomb all the liberal schools in the U.S. in addition to Afghanistan.

In response, Student Senator Oubai Shahbandar (who happens to be of Syrian descent) introduced Senate Bill 29, entitled: "A Resolution in Support of ASU Students' God Given Right for the Open Display of Patriotism and Love of Country." This can't be true. I've read right here on Free Republic that them A-rabs all hate America and want to destroy us.

Pretty pathetic, isn't it? The e-mail addresses of the Student Senators who voted against the resolution are posted on NCRepublicans.com... in case anyone wants to Freep them.
To: flwilliams
I got impeached from Student Government.
I've never heard of it happening to anyone else.

This is just about sex. Move along.

He used two
bad things in his attempt, patriotism and God. He is lucky all they want to do is impeach. /sarcasm
Thank God I went to Catholic universities (conservative Catholic universities).
To: flwilliams, Carry_Okie
The weenies calling for this impeachment ought to have their heads shaved and be sent to fight in Afghanistan to see what defending their freedom REALLY is. And you're right, Carry. The list of charges should be high comedy.

Aren't there some sort of grants or education help for conservatives such as this young man. Isn't there a way that he can be transferred to a REAL school that will protect and nurish his right to free speech?
Liberals are such Hypocrites!!!

Student Senator Oubai Shahbandar (who happens to be of Syrian descent) introduced Senate Bill 29, entitled: "A Resolution in Support of ASU Students' God Given Right for the Open Display of Patriotism and Love of Country." On September 18th, the Associated Students of Arizona State University voted 9-12 to reject the resolution (9 for, 6 against 6 abstaining). Now, the real kicker: NCRepublicans has received a copy of an emergency meeting notice which stated the following: "Due to pressure from various students and faculty in the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences, I am hereby calling an emergency meeting of the CLASCC executive committee to discuss and vote on the impeachment of Oubai Shahbandar from his seat on the ASASU Senate.
If the students don't see the irony in this, then college education is a fraud.

My alma mater (not ASU) awaits thousands of dollars that I would love to give it, as soon as the washed out crop of 60s lefties depart its hallowed halls. The best, and really only, weapon that we have against these stooges is to withhold money, both personally and by encouraging our politicians to be careful in their funding of higher education. It's a true, crying shame.
To: flwilliams
These rat-fascist b*st*rds never change. In the '60s, their totalitarian mindsets could not be moved.
Nor in the '70s, the '80s, or the '90s.
The Left have found their true soul-brothers in these irrational Islamic Terrorists. Eff 'em all.
