Did it ever occur to you that God created economies.
I mean it's a nice rant and all, but scarcity is the cause of all economies. All of them. And scarcity exists because ...someone... decided to create the Earth with a finite amount of resources.
And unless you're set to blame creation on Satan, you're left with a bit of a logic problem.
The slow removal of Gold behind the "cash", which gave it its original value.

Checking accounts existed prior to fiat money. Even prior to the existence of the United States.

Doesn't matter a whit if we understand any of this Last Days stuff, or if we are "ready" for the Last Days. A believing Christian is always "ready" to go and to accept God's judgment.
If God's judgment is that I don't get to rapture up with the rest of you, then I accept that as wise and good and perfect, and bow to His will. OTOH, maybe those who are raptured are vaporized by a nuke. Or were in the WTC, and you guys missed the cut.
