#2 Try the Italian Espresso roast; as good as Starbucks; maybe writing to Maxwell House will provide bottled water for these heroes. I'll post e-mail in a minute.
P.S. Make your own Biscotti, too. ;-)

Thanks for the tip! I'll try it.
Got a good biscotti recipe?
Phoo-ey on Starbucks. I always thought they were pretentious anyway. " An ounce of pretention is worth a pound of manure"

Didn't Starbucks contribute money to the Million Morons?
During the election dispute we Freeped on the sidewalk in front of a Starbucks, but went across the street to a service station to get our warm-ups.
How do you make Biscotti?

I've learned to roast my own, from sweetmarias.com. (No, I don't own stock.) I don't like the Kona and Jamaican mentioned earlier...way too bland. Prefer the good beans presently coming out of Guatemala, mixed with some syrupy Sumatran. I also like the darker roasts just because I like the darker roasts. It's the freshness that's the key--coffee deteriorates quickly after roasting, even ridiculously high-priced coffee like Jamaican.
