I'm afraid - please don't remove this post

I am a Christian but I am still afraid, especially for my young children. I know that it is difficult to find the US in biblical prophecy, especially in the end times. Could it be that we simply don't exist? I fear that is the answer.

Maybe the beast that rises out of the sea in revelation is not the UN but Terrorism, different from the others beasts is it not? There is no way the US can protect itself from biological, chemical or nuclear weapons, we haven't the will to fight political correctness and evict our enemies.

As terrible as this sounds, I'm afraid, I mean really afraid, it's effecting my ability to concentrate and work. Forgive me for posting this.

Don't worry about the details if they just stress you out. Bible prophecy is meant to give us hope, not send us into despair.

WRONG! Every prophecy in the Bible came true except for the ones in the end times. They also will come true at the appointed time.

We do exist, take my word for it. And there have been such powerful Christian revivals in America that God can't help but know about us.

Remember, Jesus, and angels in the Bible so often said first off, "Be not afraid." Trust God. And please, don't show your concern on the www. It gives aid and laughter to the hyenas that brought us the WTC disaster. In problems, it is good to grab your Bible, get into it, and don't worry. Trust God for you and your family.

Get on the Elijah List for prophetic words from all around the world, especially Dennis Cramer's. America has a future. God is in control of that future. You mustn't let the enemy of your soul put you in fear. You know that's not from God. He has given us a hope and a future! Keep your eyes focussed on Him and not on what's going on around you. You can have peace, HIS peace, in the midst of trial. He will never leave you or forsake you, dear one. You and your children are written on the palm of His hand. It IS a scary time for sure, but it's not the end of the world. Our confidence is in HIM, not the government, not in each other, but in HIM. Get into God's word and find his words of comfort.

You are doing exactly what the terrorists want you to do. Do your level best to fight these fears. I don't know where you live, but most places I would assume would be safer than here in the Washington, D.C. area, where I live. Hell, I saw the flames coming out of the Pentagon.

Be alert, not afraid. There is a difference. Christ has said He is sufficient in all things. I also believe that God is soveriegn over life and death (meaning He intends and knows the moment that each of us will die here on earth).

So, as Paul said, if God is with us, who can be against us? God has victory over death and has victory over evil. That doesn't mean that evil will never occur or that death will not happen. Only that we can have peace that neither will ultimately be victorious.

Rather, think of this as a time for God to use you and others to minister about His grace and his plan for salvation. If YOU are afraid, imagine those who do not know Christ?

Pray for inner peace and pray about how God can use your gifts at this time to help others. If you pray sincerely and watch for God's hand, I'm sure He will give you specific answers. He is not unaware. Bless you.

I, too, am afraid. But I try to keeps it in God's perspective. He is in control. Nothing happens that is outside his plan for mankind. We know what the end is. But we will go through tribulations until the beginning of the Great Tribulations. Turn your fears over to the Lord. Ask for his comfort and protection over your children.

Wow, you want a guarantee that you will LIVE past this day? No one can give you that, even in a world of peace.

You are a victim of what this war is all about, that is, TERRORISM. You are afraid, that is what they want you to be. What good does being afraid do anyway?
